   Slavery is one of the most unacceptable act of every society and is against the human nature to be tamed, used, sell by another human being. Those who dare to commit that act have no respect for them self. Slavery stands against the Liberty right. No one can take away your freedom from you. This disgusting act is not acceptable on our society and for Argjiround Guide Tour, too. We want to help our staff, our partners and every employee on Gjjirokastra and Albania by letting them knowing that they are protected by section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Albanian Working Code, Law Nr.7961, date 12.07.1995 (Kodi i Punës, Ligj Nr.7961, datë 12.7.1995) and Albanian Criminal Code, Articles 110a and 128b (Kodi Penal, neni 110a dhe 128b) and EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (Article 5 - Slavery / Forced Labour), which criminalize slavery and forced labor.

Our Actions & Supply Chain Transparency

   We are continuously checking for the transparency of the Labor rights to our partners. Otherwise any type of cooperation between us would be impossible in the future.

   You can help us to fight any type of modern slavery and forced labour that you can notice on our activities or beyond by reporting it to us and will redirect them to the responsible authorities of Albania. AGT is a small family-run business so there can not be any place for these unacceptable acts but we strongly stand against them in case we are going to face them. Also in order to improve the effectiveness of the measures we have taken we will continue to regularly review and refine our policies and procedures in relation to modern slavery.
