Introduction

    Old Bazaar of Gjirokastra was a symbolic Trading Center not just for the city but for all Epirus region, wich today is the Southern Albania and North-Western Greece, and sometimes beyond for traders from Istanbul to the Adriatic sea and the other part of Meditterrian.

    It was builded at the XVIII century as a shopping center for the part outside the castle and then rebuiled after an accident. Lets see the shops today and the way how they used to be functioning before on the other times of the past.
