Every tour on our site has a booking form. By filling and submiting the form you book your favourite tour and then the ticket of the tour will be end to your on your e-mail, Viber or Whatsapp number.

In Albania card payment method is not very common so we do not use that one. We accept only the cash payment. euro or lek are both accepted. We accept them as 1 Euro equal to 100 lekë or 1 cent = 1 lek. You can see our currency section for more informations.

The tour package include the tickets of the museums or the cost of the food mentioned on the tour or tasting experience you have booked. Costs for the extra food are not included.

Feel free to book at every moment you want for the city-tours, while for the tasting experience you will have to book at least 1 day on advance.

Yes we do. For groups more than 10 people we have a 8% discount for every person.

Children discount depends on the age of the childrens for the tickets discount they may get. They get an 1-2 euro discount too.

The tours are suitatble for ages from 0-infinite years old. You only have to be a good hill-walker if you visit Gjirokastra.

You can cancel the tour at every moment by contacting us on our phone number or e-mail. This is not a problem.
The only tour you can not cancel is the tasing experiences. We have made previous preparations for that wich have a cost for us if you do not attend this activity. You will be resposible for not canceling it 24 hours before the starting time and we will ask a refund for that.

We are a new bussiness but we are a local family on Gjirokastra and we have been working on the tourism industry and guiding-tours since 2023 on different bussiness in Gjirokastra.

Everything that you can keep while walking. Hand-camera, cell phone, caps, hat, umbrella, sun-protection cream, rain coat etc. You may not take pictures on some special parts of the visited attractions during the tour.

This may be an issue in Gjirokastra because this is the steppest city in Albania and you may have same difficulty in accessing all the attractions.

Our tour are not dangerous for as long as you follow our guide according to our Term & Conditons. But in any case the hospital is near and the first aid will come as fast as it can. Make sure to inform our guide for everything every time during the activity.
